Such problems are usually related to connection errors between the reader device and the database and are therefore beyond our control. When a connection is re-established, the missing ski days or lift rides will be updated.
By refreshing your ski pass, you can update your missing data.
I am missing ski days from other areas:
If the ski pass is entered only for a certain area, only data from this one area will be displayed. If you were with the pass in another area, you must enter it also for the respective area.
My altitude metres are not displayed
If the ski days are displayed but no altitude metres, this may be due to the fact that no altitude metre evaluations are available for this area.
