Attention: You cannot refresh skipasses that are from previous seasons. If you have reloaded a skipass, you have to enter it again. For that, use the Chip-ID (beginning with 1-1614.., but enter without spaces).


There is currently a bug in the app that is causing the ski days to no longer update automatically. We are already working on the problem.

In the meantime, we recommend you to use the web portal, where all data will be displayed.

You can update your ski passes this way:

    1. go to the settings

    2. select the first subitem with your profile picture

    3. go to 'manage ski passes'

    4. tap on 'Update all ski passes'

You can also update individual ski days in the detailed view of the respective ski day.
