I added my ski pass, but I can’t see any data. What can I do?

If no data is visible after adding your ski pass, check the following:

  1. Wait a few minutes. Skiline retrieves the data from the ski resort. The transfer can take a while, for example if individual lifts are offline.
  2. Update your ski pass.
    • In the app: Open Settings → your name → Manage ski passes. Tap UPDATE SKI PASS next to the ski pass or UPDATE ALL SKI PASSES at the bottom. You can also see when the ski pass was last updated there.
    • On the web: On the right side of the Skiline chart for the ski day, you’ll see a white ticket. Click the refresh icon underneath (arrow in a circle, “Refresh Ticket”).
  3. Check your details: Are the ski resort, ski pass number and date correct?
  4. Check the ticket type: For a ski pass network, such as Ski amadé or Snow Card Tirol, select the pool instead of an individual ski resort. For more information, see the article “How do I add a ski pass from a ski pass network?”
  5. Check the selected person: Is the ski pass registered to you or a family member? In the app, tap the name in the top left and switch to the correct person.
  6. Add the ski pass only after your first lift ride.
  7. Photos and videos on the web: On skiline.cc, you’ll only see a limited number of media items. You can find all photos and videos in the app.

If data is still missing, read the article “Ski days and lift rides are missing from my ski pass” or report the problem using the missing data form.
