Normally you will find the ski pass number printed on the front of the ski pass.
As there are many kind of ski passes, we will describe them more in detail.
Chip-Number
The most simple way to get your ski pass number is to scan the keycard (ski pass) with the NFC function. This will automatically scan and read the Chip-Number. The format of the Chip-Number looks usually like 01-1111 2222 3333 4444 5555-0 and is usually printed on the back of keycards. The advantage of keycards is that you can re-use them by recharging them - in this case the Chip-Number will remain the same.
During the process of adding your ski pass to your profile, you will be asked for the corresponding skiing resort and one of your skiing days. With this combination, you will be able to add your ski pass successfully to your profile.
Permission number
In all other cases, usually your permission number will be printed on the front side of your ski pass or on your invoice. The permission numbers may vary due to the provider of the turnstiles onsite. Usually one of the following are printed:
- OCC / ProjectPosSerial: consists of numbers separated by "-" or "/" into three parts, e.g. 158-400-38130
- Skidata: consists of numbers separated by "-" into four parts, e.g. 01-1158-4-381384
- WTP: consists of numbers and letters separated by "-" or "/" into four parts, e.g. A20004B-ABC-DEC
During the process of adding your ski pass to your profile, you will be asked for the corresponding skiing resort and maybe one of your skiing days. With this combination, you will be able to add your ski pass successfully to your profile.
SwissPass
In case you used your SwissPass for buying your ski pass, we will need the number of your SwissPass which is usually printed directly on your SwissPass card. It usually has following format: S12 345 678 901.
During the process of adding your ski pass to your profile, you will be asked for your postal code linked to your SwissPass account, the corresponding skiing resort and one of your skiing days. With this combination, you will be able to add your ski pass successfully to your profile.
