Do I have to add my season pass again every season?

Yes. If you reload your season pass for the next season, you need to add it to Skiline again. Skiline only manages ski passes for the current season.

When you reload it, the card usually gets a new authorization number. This is often not printed on the card. So enter the media number (chip number). It is usually on the back of the card, and sometimes on the front. You can find more information in the article “Where can I find my ski pass number?”.

You can only add the ski pass after your first lift ride.

In the app:

1. Tap the pink plus icon and select Add ski pass.
2. Select the ski resort.
3. Enter the media number or scan the card using NFC. To do this, hold it against the back of your smartphone. The NFC scan always reads the media number on your chip card, so it is the easiest way. It is only possible with an NFC-enabled smartphone.

On the web at skiline.cc:

1. Click the plus icon and select a ski resort.
2. Under ticket type, select ChipNumber.
3. Enter the media number and click Add ski pass.
