Which ski passes are available?
Currently, we can offer two ski passes: the Zillertal Superskipass and the Wildkogel Arena ski pass. Further ski resorts will be added to the offer in the future. The exact prices and availability of these ski passes can be checked in the app.


Where can I find ski passes?
Click on the ➕ icon in the menu and click on "Buy ski passes" and you will see all available ski passes.


How can I purchase a ski pass?
In order to buy a ski pass, you need to select a ski pass first, entering starting date, number of ski days and ski passes. Then you have to enter the ticket holder, the price category and the acquisition type. Once everything is in place, you can go directly to the checkout. In the checkout you have the possibility to check your order before you proceed with the payment.



How can I edit the contents of my shopping cart?
In the checkout you can delete an item by clicking on "Edit". 


Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay easily by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) and Apple Pay or Google Pay. No fees apply.


What email do I receive when I place my order?
You will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation to your registered e-mail address.


I accidentally bought my ski pass for a wrong date. Can I exchange the ski pass?

No, but we can cancel your oder.


Can I cancel my ski pass?

Please contact support@shop.skiline.cc as soon as possible with "Cancellation + Name" in the subject line and with your booking confirmation attached. 


If you don't have the booking confirmation, just tell us:
- your full name
- the date of purchase
- the ski resort
- the validity date
- the price
- order number

Please note that cancellations can no longer be accepted if:
- you have already scanned the ski pass
- you have already picked it up as a physical ski pass
- the start date of the ski pass has already been reached


Refunds will be made via the same payment method as the original purchase and will be 90% of the price.
