The quickest way to request your stored data is directly in the Skiline app:
- Open Settings.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Select Request user data.
The export starts immediately, without any further confirmation. You’ll see the message “Export started – This may take a while. Please check your email inbox.” The data will be sent to the email address associated with your Skiline account.
There is no “Request user data” feature on skiline.cc. If you can’t request the export through the app or have another request, you can submit a GDPR request, for example to access or correct your data.
You can download a CSV file containing the ski days for a season on the web by clicking the download icon under the relevant season.
