How do I change my username or personal details?

You can change your username and personal details in the app or on the website, depending on the information.

In the Skiline app

1. Open Settings and tap your name.
2. Select Personal details. The My profile page will open.
3. Change the details you want and tap Save changes.

In the app, you can change your username, date of birth, gender, postal code, country, as well as your billing address and delivery address. You can only change your username in the app.

On skiline.cc

1. Log in to skiline.cc.
2. Click Settings next to your name.
3. Open the Profile settings tab.
4. Change the details you want and click Save.

On the web, you can change your first name, last name, date of birth, gender, country, postal code and preferred language. You can only change your first and last name on the web.
