How do I find an item?
Click on the ➕ icon in the menu and select "Buy merch" to see all the stylish products.
How can I order an item?
Choose a product, select the desired size and go directly to the checkout. In the checkout you can review your order before proceeding with the payment.
How can I edit the contents of my shopping cart?
In the checkout you can delete an item by clicking on "Edit".
Can my delivery and billing addresses differ?
Yes, your billing and delivery addresses may differ. In your user account or during the order process, you have the option of entering several billing and delivery addresses. Check that your details are correct before continuing with the order process.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay easily by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) and Apple Pay or Google Pay. No fees apply.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within two days if the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please send an email with your order number to email@example.com.
Why was my order cancelled?
In rare cases, we may cancel your order. Either the item you ordered is out of stock or payment has failed. If you have any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
What email do I receive when I place my order?
You will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation/invoice to your registered e-mail address.

Usually your order will be available within 3-5 business days. In the high season there may be delivery delays outside the standard delivery time. We kindly ask for your understanding.
What do I do if the wrong product was delivered to me?
Please contact email@example.com immediately with a short description of the problem. The goods can then be returned.
Can I return goods?
In principle, items can be returned within 14 days of receipt*. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, the item in question and the reason for the return. After consultation with the customer service, the goods can subsequently be returned.
The shipping costs for the return are to be borne by the customer. For damaged and obviously carried and used goods we can not refund the full price. We ask for your understanding.
*Reduced items are generally excluded from exchange. If the item in question is defective, please contact email@example.com and after consultation we will refund the amount.
